Meredith Boudrie, Attorney

Meredith has been practicing law for over 16 years. Meredith joined Central Minnesota Law in August of 2012 and took over as Owner and Managing Attorney in May of 2015.

Meredith started her career in Law Clerking for the Honorable Robert Walker in Martin County, Minnesota. Prior to working with Central Minnesota Law, Meredith worked at a law firm in Monticello, Minnesota as their family law attorney. Currently, Meredith practices in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning and Probate.

Meredith attended law school at William Mitchell College of Law from 2003 to 2006 and has been admitted to practice law in Minnesota since 2006. Prior to entering law school Meredith received her BA from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Cum Laude, with a major in Criminology and minor in Psychology.

Angela Sofka, Paralegal

Angela joined Central Minnesota Law in December of 2023.

Prior to joining Central Minnesota Law, Angela had 24 years of paralegal experience having worked for mid-sized personal injury and business litigation law firms in the Twin Cities area.

Angela obtained her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from North Hennepin Community College in 1999 and her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Legal Studies from Metropolitan State University in 2001. In her free time, Angela enjoys seeing live music and attending sporting events with her husband and 3 daughters.
